The mere fact that a color scheme is on the list below, or is in use elsewhere within Venetian Isles, does not mean it will automatically be approved for use on your home. (For example, in order to maintain an attractive variety, an application might be denied if one the homes next door uses the same or very similar colors).

Faux wood doors are an approved option, but subject to architectural review committee approval. A sample of the planned paint effect on a 12" by 12" board is required as part of the application.
